Sissela Bok

Sissela Bok is a Swedish-born American philosopher and ethicist, known for her works on lying, secrets, and the ethics of everyday life. She is the daughter of Nobel Prize-winning economist Gunnar Myrdal and sociologist Alva Myrdal, and she has taught at Harvard and Brandeis universities.
