Sirja-Leena Penttinen

Sirja-Leena Penttinen is an associate professor (tenured) in Law and Sustainability Transitions at the Faculty of Law, University of Lapland in Finland.[1][4] She holds a master's degree in administrative sciences in European law from the University of Eastern Finland, where she previously worked as a lecturer and researcher, and has authored or co-authored four books on energy and competition law.[3] Penttinen has been involved in initiatives such as the Center for Energy Law at Tulane Law School and cross-border energy collaboration in the Arctic region.[2][3]
