Siobhan Moriarty

Siobhan Moriarty is a corporate lawyer who joined Diageo in 1997 and served in various roles including Corporate M&A Counsel and Regional Counsel before being appointed General Counsel in July 2013, later taking on the combined role of General Counsel & Company Secretary.[1][2][4]
