Simon, Coco

Coco Simon is the pen name of Tracey West, a bestselling children's author who has written close to one hundred books for children, tweens, and young adults.[5] She is best known for her Cupcake Diaries series, as well as the Sprinkle Sundays and Donut Dreams series.[5] West began her writing career in 1996 and has also written dozens of Pokémon chapter books and books based on licensed materials.[1][2]
