Simon Carne

Simon Carne is a fictional gentleman thief created by Australian author Guy Boothby and introduced in *A Prince of Swindlers* in 1897. The character is also associated with an alter ego as the eccentric detective Klimo, placing him in the tradition of late-Victorian crime fiction.[1][5]
