Shirley Osborne

Shirley Osborne is a writer, insatiable reader, social entrepreneur, women’s leadership advocate, and the immediate past Speaker of the Montserrat Legislative Assembly. She most recently curated The Montserrat BrainTrust Alphabet Book, a picture book on Montserrat's flora, fauna, culture, and language, authored by nine students at the Montserrat BrainTrust AfterSchool for primary school children. She holds an MBA from Simmons University.[1]
