Shelly B. Bell

Shelly Bell is a renowned entrepreneur, computer scientist, and activist who founded Black Girl Ventures in 2016 to provide grants and mentorship to Black and Brown women-led startups. As a serial entrepreneur and system disruptor with a background in K-12 education and IP strategy, she helps Fortune 500 companies and executives turn great ideas into disruptive strategies to increase revenue. She is widely recognized as a leading voice for diversity and inclusivity in entrepreneurship and the largest ecosystem builder for Black and Brown women on the East Coast.
