Sheila Copeland

Sheila Copeland was an American author of urban fiction whose love for reading began early at Karamu House in Cleveland, Ohio, leading her to devour her local library's books by age ten. She debuted with 'Princess Sister' in 1980 and gained acclaim for novels like 'Chocolate Star' (1995), 'A Chocolate Affair' (2001), and the Diamond Life series. Recognized as one of the hottest young authors in urban fiction, she passed away on January 19, 2015.
