Seton Lloyd

Seton Howard Frederick Lloyd was an English archaeologist best known for his work in the Near East, especially excavations in Iraq and Turkey. He also served as Professor of Western Asiatic Archaeology at the University of London and wrote both scholarly and popular works on archaeology.[1][3][6]
