Sebastian Faulks
Sebastian Faulks is a British novelist, journalist, and broadcaster born in 1953 near Newbury, Berkshire. He began his career in journalism with the Daily Telegraph and Independent before becoming a full-time author, achieving major success with his French Trilogy: The Girl at the Lion d'Or, Birdsong, and Charlotte Gray. A Fellow of the Royal Society of Literature and CBE recipient, he has written diverse works including historical fiction, biographies, and novels like Human Traces and Engleby.
