Scotty Phillips

Scott Phillips is a screenwriter, photographer, and author of multiple novels including the bestselling debut The Ice Harvest, which won the California Book Award silver medal, was a New York Times Notable Book, and was adapted into a major motion picture starring John Cusack and Billy Bob Thornton. Born and raised in Wichita, Kansas, he lived for many years in France before settling in St. Louis, Missouri, with his wife and daughter.
