Scott Turow
Scott Turow is an American writer and attorney born in Chicago, best known for his bestselling legal thrillers such as Presumed Innocent (1987), which have sold over 30 million copies and been adapted into films. Before writing full-time, he worked as an Assistant United States Attorney in Chicago, prosecuting major cases including those tied to judicial corruption in Operation Greylord. He graduated from Amherst College and Harvard Law School, and has served on commissions addressing capital punishment and ethics.
