Scott Morgenstern

Scott Morgenstern is a Professor of Political Science at the University of Pittsburgh, where he has taught since 2005. His research focuses on political parties, electoral systems, and legislatures, with a regional specialization in Latin America, and he also directed Pitt's Center for Latin American Studies from 2014 to 2018.
