Scott Barrett

Scott Barrett is a leading scholar of natural resource economics and international cooperation, currently serving as the Lenfest-Earth Institute Professor of Natural Resource Economics at Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs and The Earth Institute. His research focuses on transnational and global challenges including climate change, disease eradication, and how institutions like treaties and customary law can promote international cooperation.
