Sarah Prineas

Sarah Prineas is an American fantasy author born in Lyme, Connecticut, who currently lives in Iowa City, Iowa[1][2]. She holds a PhD in English literature and has taught honors seminars on fantasy and science fiction at the University of Iowa[2]. She is best known for her *The Magic Thief* series, which began in 2008, and has also written other fantasy novels including *Ash & Bramble*, a Cinderella retelling published in 2015[1][5].
