Sarah Darer Littman

Sarah Darer Littman is a critically acclaimed author of over 19 middle grade and young adult novels, including Backlash (winner of the Iowa Teen Book Award and Grand Canyon Reader Award) and Confessions of a Closet Catholic (winner of the Sydney Taylor Book Award).[1][4][7] She is also an award-winning columnist for outlets like Greenwich Time and CTNewsJunkie, and teaches writing in the MFA program at Western Connecticut State University and the Yale Writers’ Workshop.[1][3][5][7] Born in New York, she previously worked as a financial analyst before pursuing writing full-time and lives in Connecticut.[4][1]
