Sara Paddison

Sara Paddison is an American author and former vice-president at the Institute of HeartMath in Boulder Creek, California, where she worked from 1970 to 1993. She is known for writing self-help and personal growth books including Just Love the People (1991) and The Hidden Power of the Heart: Achieving Balance and Fulfillment in a Stressful World (1992).
