Sara Jaffe

Sara Jaffe is a writer and creative writing teacher based in Portland, Oregon. She is the author of the novel *Dryland*, published by Tin House Books in 2015, and the short story collection *Hurricane Envy* from Rescue Press; her work has appeared in publications including *Joyland*, *Fence*, *BOMB*, and *NOON*. She co-edited *The Art of Touring* (Yeti, 2009), drawing from her experience as guitarist for the post-punk band Erase Errata, and has taught at institutions such as Reed College, University of Oregon, and Rutgers-New Brunswick.[2][3][7][8]
