Sara Harkness

Sara Harkness is a professor of human development, pediatrics, and public health at the University of Connecticut, where she also serves as director of the Center for the Study of Culture, Health, and Human Development[3]. She earned her Ph.D. in Comparative Literature from Brown University in 1975 and a Ph.D. in Social Anthropology from Harvard University[2]. There is also a Sarah Harkness, a literary late bloomer and former corporate finance partner who won the Tony Lothian Prize in 2022 and has self-published a biography of Victorian artist Nelly Erichsen[1], but this appears to be a different individual.
