Sara Craven
Sara Craven (pen name of Anne Bushell) was a British romance novelist born in South Devon in 1938 who published her first novel, Garden of Dreams, in 1975 with Mills & Boon. Over her 40+ year career, she wrote more than 75 novels characterized by marriages of convenience and coercive relationships that develop into genuine love, earning recognition as chairman of the Romantic Novelists' Association (2011–2013) and winner of BBC's Mastermind in 1997.
