Santa Montefiore
Santa Montefiore (née Palmer-Tomkinson), born in England in 1970, grew up on a farm in Hampshire, attended Sherborne School for Girls, and studied Spanish and Italian at Exeter University. She spent much of the 1990s in Buenos Aires, converted to Judaism in 1998, and married historian Simon Sebag Montefiore, with whom she has two children, Lily and Sasha, and lives in London. A bestselling author, she has published over 30 novels translated into more than 25 languages, selling over six million copies worldwide.
