Sangeeta Bharadwaj Badal

Sangeeta Bharadwaj Badal, Ph.D., is the primary researcher for Gallup's Entrepreneurship and Job Creation initiative, where she translates research into interventions for small-business growth and co-authored Entrepreneurial StrengthsFinder with Jim Clifton. She earned her doctorate in anthropology and geography from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and is the author of Gender, Social Structure and Empowerment: Status Report of Women in India. Based in Omaha, Nebraska, she is also a co-founder of Censio Analytics.
