Sandy Green

Sandy Deutscher Green is a children's author and poet who has been writing poetry and adventures for teens and children since 2004, with her work appearing in Chicken Soup for the Child’s Soul, Highlights for Children, and various journals. She is the author of two children's novels and two poetry collections, and a member of the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators. Prior to writing fiction, she lived in Germany, traveled extensively in Europe, trained as a classical ballet dancer with a BFA from Florida State University, and taught and choreographed dance.
