Samuel L. Clemens

Samuel L. Clemens, better known by his pen name Mark Twain, was an American writer, humorist, essayist, and lecturer. Born in Missouri in 1835, he became one of the most celebrated figures in American literature, known for classics such as "The Adventures of Tom Sawyer" and "Adventures of Huckleberry Finn."
