Sam Bosma

Sam Bosma is an illustrator, cartoonist, and comic book artist born in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, who grew up in suburban Pennsylvania and graduated from the Maryland Institute College of Art in 2009, where he later taught illustration from 2011 to 2013.[1][2] He has created comics like Fantasy Sports, worked as a background designer on Steven Universe and The Owl House, and contributed illustrations to publications such as The New York Times and The New Yorker; his awards include Spectrum Fantastic Art honors and Society of Illustrators medals.[1][2][5] Now based in Los Angeles with his wife Kali Ciesemier, he also founded Dibble Dabble Co. for children's prints and pottery.[2][4][5]
