Sally Wasowski

Sally Wasowski (1946-2020) was an American author, landscape designer, and artist who specialized in native plant gardening. For twenty-five years, she designed native landscapes and co-authored ten books on using native plants in garden settings, becoming a charter member and influential figure in the Native Plant Society of Texas. Her work inspired the creation of native plant nurseries and helped popularize regional native plant landscaping across the United States.
