Sabine Schaschl

Sabine Schaschl is an Austrian art historian, curator, and author who studied art history at the University of Vienna, conducted research in New York, and worked as a cultural manager in Paris.[2] From 2001 to 2013, she directed Kunsthaus Baselland in Muttenz, Basel, before becoming director of Museum Haus Konstruktiv in Zurich in 2013, where she curates exhibitions on contemporary art and classical modernism, and edits academic publications.[1][4] She has received awards including the Swiss Federal Award for Art and Art Mediation in 2007 and Chevalier de l’ordre des Arts et des Lettres in 2010.[4]
