Ruth Garner

Ruth W. Garner is a Texas attorney whose practice has focused on real estate law, including work for title companies, banks, mortgage lenders, and mortgage insurance companies. She earned her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University and her law degree from the University of Houston Law School in 1981.
