Russell Ash (1946–2010) was a prolific British author best known for his Top 10 of Everything series, along with books like Great Wonders of the World and Incredible Comparisons. He authored or contributed to over 100 non-fiction titles on history, art, science, humour, and popular lists, including humorous books on strange names such as Potty, Fartwell & Knob. He also compiled illustrated editions like Fables with Bernard Higton.
