Rozanne Gold
Rozanne Gold is an American chef, cookbook author, journalist, and restaurant consultant known for helping shape modern food trends, including minimalist and small-plates cooking. She was the first chef to New York Mayor Ed Koch, later worked with major New York restaurants, and has won four James Beard Awards.[1][3][4] She has also written poetry, teaches at the New School, and is active in food philanthropy and end-of-life care advocacy.[1][5]
