Roy Barnes
Roy Eugene Barnes is an American attorney and Democratic politician best known for serving as the 80th governor of Georgia from 1999 to 2003. He previously served in the Georgia State Senate and the Georgia House of Representatives, and later returned to private legal practice after leaving office.
