Ronald Ross Watson (Editor)

Ronald Ross Watson, Ph.D., is a professor in the Mel and Enid Zuckerman College of Public Health at the University of Arizona, specializing in nutrition, immunology, and health promotion.[2] He earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Brigham Young University in 1966 and has held positions including Interim Director of the Division of Health Promotion Sciences and Adjunct Professor in Nutritional Sciences.[2] Watson has edited books such as 'Eggs and Health Promotion' (2002) and 'Nutrition and Heart Disease,' focusing on diet's role in disease prevention.[1][6]
