Ronald L. Mann

Ronald Mann is the Albert E. Cinelli Enterprise Professor of Law at Columbia Law School and a nationally recognized scholar in commercial finance, bankruptcy law, secured credit, payment systems, and intellectual property.[1] He earned his B.A. in History from Rice University in 1982 and J.D. from the University of Texas at Austin in 1985, and serves as co-director of the Charles Evans Gerber Transactional Studies Center.[1][6] Mann has authored groundbreaking casebooks on commercial finance, payment systems, and electronic commerce, with experience spanning public and private sectors.[1]
