Ronald I. Orenstein

Ronald I. Orenstein is a Canadian zoologist, lawyer, and dedicated wildlife conservationist with degrees in ornithology, zoology, and law from the University of Toronto and a Ph.D. from the University of Michigan.[1][2] He serves as project director for the International Wildlife Coalition, chairs the scientific advisory council of Zoocheck Canada, and is a board member of the Elephant Research Foundation, authoring books on wildlife such as Elephants: The Deciding Decade and Ivory, Horn and Blood.[1][7] An authority on animals and birds, he is also a naturalist, writer, and birder.[4][5]
