Rolf H. Weber

Rolf H. Weber is a Swiss legal scholar born in 1951 in Zurich, who studied law at the University of Zurich and Harvard Law School, earning his lic. iur. in 1975 and Dr. iur. in 1979.[1][2] Admitted to the Zurich bar in 1978, he has been an attorney at Bratschi AG since 1982 and served as Professor of Private, Economic, and European Law at the University of Zurich from 1995 to 2016, now continuing as professor of international business law and co-director of centers on IT, society, law, and blockchain.[1][3][6] His research focuses on internet, IT, media, competition, banking, contract, corporate, European, blockchain, and international finance law.[1][4][5]
