Roderick Hunt
Roderick James Hunt MBE is a British children's author born in South Africa, best known for creating the Oxford Reading Tree series featuring characters like Biff, Chip, Kipper, and Floppy, with his most famous stories being The Magic Key, first written in 1985 and illustrated by Alex Brychta. He has authored over 400 stories in that series, along with the Read at Home and Wolf Hill series. His writing was inspired by bedtime stories he told his two sons.
