Rod Rees

Rod Rees (born 1948) is a British science fiction author and former accountant known for his debut Demi-Monde tetralogy, starting with The Demi-Monde: Winter (2011). He has traveled extensively throughout Africa, the Middle East, Bangladesh, and Russia, living in places like Qatar, Tehran, and Moscow, where he built pharmaceutical factories, set up satellite networks, and designed a jazz-themed hotel. Now a full-time writer, he lives near Derby, England, with his wife Nelli and their two children.
