Robin Purdy Newhouse

Robin Purdy Newhouse, PhD, RN, NEA-BC, FAAN, is a distinguished nursing leader and academic who served as dean of the Indiana University School of Nursing from 2015 to 2024. She is recognized for her expertise in nursing administration, patient-centered outcomes research, and healthcare leadership. Dr. Newhouse holds the title of IU Distinguished Professor and has been appointed to leadership roles including chair of the Methodology Committee of the Patient Centered Outcomes Research Institute.
