Robin Michal Koontz
Robin Michal Koontz (born July 29, 1954) is an American author and illustrator specializing in picture books, early readers, and non-fiction for children and middle school audiences.[1][2] Raised in Wheaton, Maryland, Tuscaloosa, Alabama, and West Virginia, she has lived in the Coast Range mountains of western Oregon since 1980 and works as a freelance author, illustrator, and designer.[1][4] Her books are published in English, Spanish, Chinese, and Indonesian.[1]
