Robert Williams Jr

Robert A. Williams Jr. is an American lawyer, author, and legal scholar specializing in federal Indian law, international law, indigenous peoples' rights, and critical race theory. He serves as the E. Thomas Sullivan Professor of Law and Faculty Chair of the Indigenous Peoples Law and Policy Program at the University of Arizona's James E. Rogers College of Law. He is the author of the award-winning book The American Indian in Western Legal Thought: The Discourses of Conquest (1990).
