Robert W Hall

Robert W. Hall was a U.S. Air Force brigadier general born in Washington, D.C., in 1911. He served in the Army Air Forces during World War II, later transferred to the U.S. Air Force, and retired in 1964 after serving as commander of the Air Photographic and Charting Service.
