Robert P. Kirshner

Robert P. Kirshner is an American astronomer and the Clowes Research Professor of Science at Harvard University, known for his groundbreaking work on supernovae and the accelerating expansion of the universe. He is a Chief Program Officer for Science at the Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation and has authored over 200 research papers in observational cosmology and supernova physics.
