Robert J Conley

Robert J. Conley (1940–2014) was a Cherokee author known for his novels, short stories, and historical works centered on Cherokee history and culture. An enrolled citizen of the United Keetoowah Band of Cherokee Indians, he won multiple Spur Awards and was widely recognized for his Real People series and other works that blended oral tradition with documented history.
