Robert Hilburn
Robert Hilburn (born September 25, 1939) is an American pop music critic, author, and radio host who served as music critic and editor at the Los Angeles Times from 1970 to 2005.[1][6] He has written biographies of artists including Johnny Cash, Paul Simon, and Randy Newman, and was a member of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame nominating committee for 20 years.[1] Hilburn hosts the radio program Rock 'n' Roll Times and lives in Los Angeles.[1]
