Robert H. Haveman

Robert H. Haveman was an American economist and professor emeritus of economics and public affairs, known for his work in poverty, public policy, and social welfare. He taught at the University of Wisconsin–Madison and was affiliated with the Institute for Research on Poverty and the Levy Economics Institute.
