Robert Fitzpatrick

Robert L. FitzPatrick is an American author and anti-MLM activist who co-authored *False Profits* (1997), a critical examination of multi-level marketing and pyramid schemes, and later wrote *Ponzinomics, the Untold Story of Multi-Level Marketing* (2020 or 2021). Born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina, he co-founded and serves as president of Pyramid Scheme Alert, a consumer organization confronting pyramid scheme abuses.
