Robert E. Collin
Robert Emmanuel Collin (1928–2010) was a Canadian-American electrical engineer, university professor, and IEEE Life Fellow renowned for his foundational contributions to antenna theory, microwave engineering, and applied electromagnetism.[1][2] He authored over 150 technical papers and prominent textbooks such as Field Theory of Guided Waves, served as a professor at Case Western Reserve University from 1958 until his retirement in 1997, and was elected to the National Academy of Engineering in 1990.[1][2]
