Robert A. Hinde

Robert A. Hinde (1923–2016) was a British zoologist, ethologist, and psychologist best known for his influential work on animal behavior and its connections to developmental psychology. He was Royal Society Research Professor at the University of Cambridge and later Master of St John’s College, Cambridge, and authored more than 30 books and 300 scientific papers.
