Robbin F Laird

Robbin F. Laird (born 1946) is a military and security analyst who has worked in the U.S. government and several think tanks, including the Center for Naval Analysis. He has taught at Columbia University, Queens College, Princeton University, and Johns Hopkins University, and is the director of ICSA, LLC since 2000. He is also the co-founder of Second Line of Defense (since 2010) and Defense.info (since 2018), and has written extensively on global defense and maritime security issues.
