Rob Morris
Rob Morris (born Robert Williams Peckham, August 31, 1818 – July 31, 1888) was an American poet, educator, lawyer, and Masonic author, best known as the founder of the Order of the Eastern Star and styled the Poet Laureate of Masonry. After being orphaned young, he was adopted by the Morris family, educated as a lawyer, and became a prolific writer of Masonic rituals, hymns, and poetry. He served as president of Oldham College and lectured extensively on Masonic topics.
